What size F&H should I get?

All F&H are uniquely one-of-a-kind so what you see is exactly what you get! Whether you're looking for that perfect fit for your statuesque Great Dane or even your compact Chihuahua, there's an F&H that's just right. A good place to start is by knowing your pet's neck circumference. Check out the details under individual listings for detailed sizing information or drop us a note in our contact form if you'd like a bit of extra help finding the right fit.

How long will it take for me to get my F&H?

As F&H are all one-off pieces that are handmade from vintage textiles, each waits at the ready for immediate dispatch as soon as you have made your selection. If you are located within the metro areas of any major capital city within Australia, you can expect your F&H to arrive within approximately 7 working days from purchase. If you are located outside of Australia or wish to receive your F&H even earlier than standard delivery, please contact us so that we can make things happen quickly and easily for you! If you require bespoke or customised F&H we can advise you about any special leadtimes before finalising your order.

What if I accidentally purchased the wrong F&H?

This happens to even the best-intentioned of us. If it is within 15 days of initially placing your order, simply contact us for further advice and instructions about how to return goods for a full refund minus the cost of delivery.

What is Dollars for Collars?

Has your four-legged friend ever given you reason to keep going when you'd otherwise give up, or just put a smile on your face when you've forgotten what there is to be happy about? We at F&H are continually finding inspiration in the work of Pets of The Homeless (POTH) who work to preserve the welfare of animals who need it most, as well as the bond we humans have with them. That's why part of each F&H purchase will go straight to POTH on your behalf. Yep, dollars will be donated for each collar, bow and bandana that are purchased. You do that!

How do I know if my F&H is ethically made?

Don't sweat it - you can rest assured that your purchase has been personally and happily made by the founder of F&H, from textiles that have been repurposed rather than being discarded to landfill. Doesn't that just make sense? We think so.

Can I have bespoke F&H made just for me?

Of course you may need handmade, one-of-a-kind AND bespoke F&H for your equally unique furry kin. Sometimes a little extra attention has to go into getting the sizing just right, or the design just to your liking - simply contact us so we can start to make this happen. Some of us are just not the kind to wear off-the-peg! 

Aren't these good enough for me to wear?

They sure are! We at F&H wouldn't ever settle for anything less, when it comes to our four-legged family members. The F&H bow, bandana and collar are all fit for pets as well as their humans.
